Routes organize properties into ordered sequences for technician visits. Each route represents a day’s worth of service stops.

Route stops

Each stop on a route links to a property and includes:
  • Stop order within the route
  • Estimated service duration
  • Special instructions

Technician assignments

Technicians are assigned to routes from the staff directory. The assignments table tracks which technician handles each route.
