Overview

The staff page lists all members of the current organization, synced from Clerk. Staff members can be technicians, office managers, or administrators.

Roles

Staff roles are managed through Clerk’s organization membership system:
  • Admin: Full access to all features and settings
  • Member: Standard access based on store assignments

Technician assignments

Staff members designated as technicians can be assigned to service routes. See Routes for details on route assignments.
